Hello community, I have a little problem here and I wonder if you could help me with it.

Will it be safe to replace that GTX 460 for a 1050 ti on this system?

If so, any PSU recommendation? I do not trust the one here and I would like a new one for the new graphics card.

Thanks beforehand and please forgive my poor explanation on the subject, English is not my main language.

It depends on which 1050 Ti you want to get. Some require a 6-pin connector. Some do not. Most can run on a 300W PSU if it has sufficient +12V rail specs. But if you get a good quality 500W PSU, you will be set for that card and future upgrades.

The 1050 ti will take significantly less power than the 460, so you should be fine.
EDIT:
There may be a problem due to the motherboard's use of pcie 2.0, which may not be able to provide sufficient power through the slot to power the 1050 ti. A good solution might be either
A) buy an Rx 470 for a bit more (they always draw power from the pcie connector - and they are faster
B) get this 1050 to with a 6 pin connector, like this: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GTX-1050-TI-4G/dp/B01MA62JSZ/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1482289934&sr=1-2&keywords=msi%2B1050%2Bti&th=1
Also some good cheap power supplies include evgas 500b, or the Corsair CX series. This is an invaluable tool btw: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

like said above... if you are already running a gtx460 then you will be doing your power supply a favor by swapping out to the gtx1050ti since it draws much less power. that said, if you are running a gtx460 then i am guessing you are on a much older platform, lga1156 or something similar. i would check your motherboard to see if it has compatibility problems/issues with newer gpus that may require a uefi bios to operate correctly.
