Hi friends,
I intend to buy a secondhand Toshiba Portege Z30-B laptop. Since it's secondhand, I'd like to check it's integrity before buying. In other words, I'd like to make sure the components are still original (not being changed / replaced).
I already have the serial number and part number of the laptop (provided by the seller). By using these numbers, I managed to get warranty information from Toshiba's support website. However, I couldn't get more detailed info about the laptop, such as:
- Specifications (CPU, RAM, ...)
- ID number of parts like CPU, RAM, ...
I have searched all Toshiba's support websites on the internet for 2 days but found nothing.
Do you have any idea how to proceed?
