So, I am going to use the https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-oc-edition for my Inspiron 660, it's a pretty bad pc, and honestly this is my first time doing this sort of stuff.

The PSU I want to run it with is : https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-WHITE-Warranty-Supply-100-W1-0500-KR/dp/B00H33SFJU/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1482290914&sr=1-1&keywords=evga+500+watt

So, I'm sort of sure it's compatible, but I'm wondering if you guys can find any flaws with this, like 6 pin connectors if it has them, etc.

So, also, I'm sort of a noob at PSUs, and I was nervous when I saw this

So, you may be confused on what you're seeing, but basically some of the PSU wires connect to this, and I don't know when I get my new PSU what I should do to remove that. It's in the bottom right corner by the way. I have no idea if I am screwed or not, can anyone tell me please :(

Solution
This PSU is fine and maybe a little overkill. The GPU (1050ti) is only 75 watts and doesn't require any extra power connectors. As for the wires in the bottom right corner (motherboard I'm assuming), are front panel connectors and don't need to be removed to swap out your PSU.
