Can i place GTX 1060 to AMD motherboard?

A-58ME , I know this is an old motherboard but is it compatible? just wondering before buying this christmas.

You can't use the second slot though (PCIe x1) as the card covers that, and note the bottom slot is PCI (not PCIe) in case you have or need to add some other card (sound or other).

You didn't mention 3GB or 6GB. I suggest getting a 6GB card. If the price is now too high, then I'd go with an RX-470/480 8GB card.

I like the 3-fan Asus Strix but I don't think the extra $50 can be justified. It adds cooling, but I don't know that it's needed.

Your OTHER requirements include:

1. PSU
- 300W minimum depending on other specs. May need power adapters such as 2xMOLEX to 6-pin (which probably come with GPU)

2. case fits (probably, but if in doubt find the "graphics card length" spec for the case

3. W7/8/10 64-bit (not 32-bit)

Thanks! But im going for the 3gb model than 6gb, I only have exact 200 dollars.

I only have exact $200 dollars so I go for 3gb well i will just play on 1080p resolution.
