GPU won't fit "properly" in PC case

Hi, so I'm pretty much new to knowing about PC components, so excuse me in case I forget to include something.

I recently bought a new GPU (the MSI GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4GT, it's this one in particular) for my computer.
Thing is, after managing to fit it in inside the case, and connecting it to the slot in the Motherboard, the backplate of the GPU didn't aligned properly with the free slot of my PC Case. I tried several times to see if I could place it correctly but nothing really helped, so I decided to work with what I had. It resulted in the GPU looking a bit "bent" in comparison with the motherboard and the PC Case.

Here are some photos for reference:

As you can see, the video outputs of the GPU doesn't align correctly with how the case it's like. Now, don't think I forced it in or anything! I gently placed it in the motherboard and gently tried to align it, but it still ended up that way.
After turning my PC on and installing the drivers, the GPU worked correctly and it's actually really good! I've been using it for about a day and it runs everything flawlessly, it's amazing. But I'm honestly worried that the fact that the GPU looks a little bit bent may affect the way it works in the long term. Should I worry about this?

In case you'd like an idea of my case, here's my PC model and my Motherboard is a MSI A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721)

I believe you are misusing the term back plate. I was going to suggest you just remove it, but when looking at the pics and links to the product, that card doesn't have one. If it's the plate that has the ports on it (not sure what this is called), it may simply be that the motherboard is just aligned in the case too tight to the back. You can adjust that by loosening the screws that hold it in place.

Oh, as a matter of fact, nothing is standing in the way of the GPU, there's nothing next to it except cables. It's more of a thing where the GPU backplate doesn't correspond with the slot on the actual case, and it worries me that since it looks a bit bent it might affect the GPU.

But thanks for your answer! I think that changing my case would be a wiser option, though probably in the near future since I'm pretty much on a budget right now.
