Best way to upgrade performance on a budget?

Hi guys

I'm looking to stretch my current system (3yrs old) a bit further in the hope of getting some reasonable performance when ME Andromeda comes out next year. The requirements for MEA haven't been released yet but my current build (below) sits around the minimum requirements for BF1 and I figure MEA will be in the same ballpark.

What should I do upgrade-wise to get the best bang for my buck? I'm planning on OC'ing my CPU to 4-4.5 ghz (potentially with a new cooling fan, still working that part out). Should I also be looking at going to 16gb of RAM? Is anything else bottlenecking/holding the system back?

As a side note, I thought I would have to upsize my PSU but apparently 520W is plenty for this build, even with an OC'd CPU and additional fan cooling.

My PC build:

Asrock Z77-PRO3 Z77 motherboard
Intel Core i5 3570K CPU 3.4Ghz
Gigabyte ATI R9 270 OC-2GD 2G GPU
G Skill 8G(2x4G) DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
Seagate SATA3 1TB Hard Drive
Antec 520W High Current Gamer PSU 80+ Bronze

You just need a new video card. Everything else is fine. Maybe add a ssd for windows if you have the budget for it. Something like a 6GB GTX1060 would be great.

I would look at your GPU... I have an aging R9 280X, which still gives me great framerates... but I'm looking to upgrade mine. I was looking at the 1070's but honestly can't spend the $400+ for a GPU so I'm going for the best sub-$300 card, which is probably the RX 480. I did look at the 1060, which is [almost] on par with 480 but I'll stick with AMD for now.

Thanks guys! I hadn't really thought about the card... so that's holding the system back, even if it's OC'd?

Bear in mind that I'm on a budget. I'm also in Australia and components tend to cost a bit more here!

(I'm assuming that upgrading the GPU should be in addition to, and not instead of, OCing the CPU.)
