Hi,

I have having some fps problems with my computer, someone asked me to get msi after burner and look at the usage of my hardware.

my GPU (950) was at 60% at 60 degrees while playing overwatch at high to ultra settings.

meanwhile my CPU (i5 4460 3.2ghz quad core), all the cores were at 99%-100% at around 32 - 36 degrees.

please help me xD my friend has the exact same CPU but has a 960 and can play at ultra at 60 fps.

i have done a fresh windows install and still nothing happens.

also i am getting very bad screen tearing problems, even when im in the desktop and dragging icons around in get screen tearing and watching YouTube. what shall i do? even when i activate v-sync i get it.

Only 35C on 100% loaded CPU seems highly unlikely - your software monitor is likely not working properly (try a different software). The temps should be much higher, somewhere between 60 and 70C.

Also, only 60% GPU load means that your graphics card is not being used up to its full potential, therefore you get lower FPS. And it is unable to work higher because your CPU is a bottleneck at 100% usage. And it should not be, it is a very good CPU. Check for malware or other running programs, see which ones chew up most of your CPU. Only the game should be using it.

And Mr Kagouris has a good point - check your actual CPU frequency (it should be 3.4GHz with turbo boost). If your CPU is running on much lower frequency, then it would explain...

Forgot to mention: did you actually install drivers for the GPU from NVidia website? And drivers for your motherboard?
