I wanna know if there is any gain in gaming performance/fps if I upgrade from HyperX Fury 8GB 1866Mhz to Corsair Dominator 8GB 2666MHz?

Solution

Only worth it if you can sell your current RAM for a good price, otherwise it wouldn't be worth it. Not sure if there's an improvement in speed past DDR3-2400Mhz in games anyway.

There Answer Is : It Depends :)

U Know The AAA Games First Requires A Good Gpu Then Cpu ( In My Opinion Both Of Them Are The Same Level of Importance In gaming ) Then Ram

If Ur Cpu And Gpu Are Completely Perfect And If The Ram Cause Some problems the Answer is YES It Will Increase :) Because It Got More Speed :) As Long As Ur Cpu And Mobo Support That Speed :) (U Need To Activate The Xmp Profile If U wanna Use Higher Than 2133 Mhz Speed In Rams On Any Ram )

But If Ur Gpu Or Cpu Is Weak Ur First Top Priority Should Be Ur Gpu Then Cpu :)

I Was Wondering If U Can Mention All Of Ur Pc Specifications And Which Games U Play? Which Monitor And With Which Resolution ?

Well I think you're comparing your DDR3 RAM to a set of DDR4 memory, which isn't compatible with your motherboard anyway. Yes, it does make a difference in CPU intensive games. You can get up to 10-15 fps more using faster memory in games like Far Cry 4, Grand Theft Auto V and Battlefield 1.

Hi
So With Ur Pc Specs I Suggest U To Afford A DDR4 Ram
But If U Are Insist On Buying The Ram U mentioned U See A Little Better Performance Because Of Its Speed
But Remember For Any Ram If U Want To Use Higher Than 2133 Mhz Speed U Should Head To The Bios And Activate The Xmp Profile :)

Regards :)
