Which one is the best ?

I want to build a new pc and i dont know which configuration is best:
Config1:
Cpu: I5-6600
GPU: Gigabyte G1 GTX 1060 6GB
Mobo: MSI Mortar
Ram:Hyperx Fury Black 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
Case:Zalman Z11 Neo

Or

Config2:
Cpu: I5-6600
Gpu: Asus Gtx 1070 dual 8GB
Mobo: Asus H110M-R
Ram:Hyperx Fury Black 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
Case:Zalman Z1

Please help me in choosing which configuration is the best or give me any recomandations.Thanks

Th motherboard really doesn't matter. I'm sure you don't plan on overclocking. Also, you can switch out the case if you want. That GTX 1070 is really the star player. Everything else will work just fine. If you care about looks, then you will be missing out on more power. It's up to you.

Now that I think about it, if the second config is $50 more, you are clearly over paying for some parts. Because the 1070 is about $100-150 (even $200) more than the 1060.

It's clearly not the best option, but still a decent one.

In this rank it's Tier 3 which is stable and safe but not the optimal.

Therefore, if you can afford a new one, i'd suggest you to. If not, you can go on with it easily, just try not to push it further.
