Hello, recently i built my first pc and got a windows 7 home iso that i processed through rufus and put on a usb. When i started it up i put the usb in a non 3.0 port and when i tried to advance installation past collecting information. When it asked me for drivers I put my motherboard disc in the disc drive. When I tried to load the drivers at first it said that it couldn't find them but when i tried again it said they could not be installed. My motherboard is H110M-A

You need to check out the manual for how to install win7 into the intel 100 series MB, you have to use the utility software with the MB DVD disc to install the USB driver first, because I don't know what brand MB ( GA or asus) you got, and the info something like this from ASUS: win7 Installation guide https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/H110M-A/HelpDesk_Manual/ or from gagibyte http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/faq-page.aspx?fid=3459&pid=5589
