Solution
The 3.5mm jack typically used for speakers has 3 connections. If you are looking at the 3.5mm pin facing upwards the connectors are - Left (the metal above upper black ring/divider), Right (the middle section between the black rings/dividers) and ground (the lower part of the metal conductor under the lower black ring/divider).

It appears your left channel connection is broken. This may be due to the 3.5mm connector on your motherboard (or its' solder joints to the board) or broken wiring/connection in your speaker cable.

Firstly isolate the problem. Try a 3.5mm set of earphones/headphones and determine if the problem is with the motherboard connector or with your speaker cable. Once you know where the problem is, you can...

Once you know where the problem is, you can troubleshoot it. I.e. see if you can spot a bad solder joint on the motherboard or if the problem is with your speaker cable see if you can check it or strip it and re solder the cable to the 3.5mm connector.

Hi @Captainblackops

Could you perhaps give me some details as to what you tweaked in Realtek to fix the issue. Having the exact same issue now. I found that if I press on the actual jack at the back the right side goes louder (to normal) however, left side just remains at full volume constantly.
