Hello

Wich CPU is better for low performance gaming.

Intel® Celeron® Processor 430
Intel® Pentium® D Processor 830
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6300

Greetings me.

I think I looked at the wrong E6300 anyway, there is the newer Pentium and the Core 2 Duo. Very different clock speeds.

All of them? Depends on what you mean by low performance.

E6300 is certainly the most modern CPU there, but probably a toss-up with the D. Both are dual core 2MB cache CPUs. The D runs at 3Ghz, the E6300 at 2.8Ghz, but it has the faster FSB and more modern architecture, so probably comes out ahead.

Really depends on the rest of the platform you have available. DDR2 800, possibly DDR3 1066, and the GPU.

The onboard graphics of the G3258 are quite decent compared to the cheaper cards available when those other CPUs were new. That is for sure.

But I gamed on CPUs much, much slower than all of those. It really depends on what you intend to run.

I occasionally fire up my Pentium II for some Dos based games that don't run too well in DosBox.

The Pentium D is nowhere near as fast as the Core2. The Pentium D is an older Netburst architecture and is something like half as fast per clock.
