This is the first time I am building a computer and I just want to make sure that these parts are the best parts for the build. My son will be using this to play video games and school work. He will be playing games like CS:GO, Mine craft, and possibly h1z1. If you guys could help me out and let me know if there are any things you guys would switch out and how you think those games will run on this pc, then I would appreciate it. I can not go any higher in the price. Thank you.

AMD is a bad buy, right now. 4yr old architecture, on a dead platform.

If you can afford this it's a good bit better performance wise for not a lot of money more.

That looks like a good AMD build. I've never owned an AMD rig so I can't offer real world experience so I'm sure some of the others on here with more experience can enlighten you more than I can. I put together a parts list for an affordable Intel setup that would be on a modern platform and offer an upgrade path. AMD is going to be releasing Ryzen cpus next month but it'll be a while before the lower end chips are released.
