It's really cheap and seems ok, I want to hear opinions. I'm going to use an Intel i5 4690K and probably overclock it.

Check the MB list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2383187/motherboard-tier-list-z97-chipset.html

It is very basic motherboard. If you don't oc the i5 you are fine, otherwise get the other one for ocing the i5, like one is in tier 3 or up.
