What's better? AMD dual core 8Gb vs Intel Quadcore 4Gb?

My PC is AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics. Dual Core 3.70ghz with 8Gb ram

I put a GTX 750 to in it to game and CPU weak.

I have another PC I'm going to switch because it is a Quadcore however it has 4Gb ram. It's intel.

What's best to use? With GTX 750 ti

Oh ok, yes the 4460 is much better then the A4-6300 and will pair well with the GTX 750 ti. The motherboard should have a PCIE slot which is where the 750 ti will go.

Intel i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20ghz and I'm sorry some website said I had 4Gb ram but my PC say I have 8Gb ram now. My only question is if my PC is compatible with GTX 750 ti
