Firstly I had my Intel HD something internal graphics card and my NVdia gtx950, because my power supply was having issues I couldn't run any powerful games or my PC would crash, now I did run a few games without the graphics card(card was opened and thus using internal gralhics card) ......but while both were plugged in, I couldnt run games because they used my 950 and the pc crashed
I know, my fault, but I went to the device manager and disabled the 950 and the screen went black, I also noticed the LEDs on my graphics card went of, then I plugged my monitor to the internal card and everything ran fine as if there were no 950
However, after I shutdown and woke up next morning(in other words I restarted) I noticed my graphics card LEDs on and nothing came to the screen, it was black......I tried multiple times switched back and forth to 950 slots or internal graphics card slot, but no luck......I'm in a serius trouble and I need help plz
TIA.

Solution
you should actually un-plug your 950 and stay with only the integrated graphics in your PC until you change the PSU.
Then try booting normally and if the screen keeps going black try jumping the Bios config to restore default settings...
