I am not sure what you mean by this.

You certainly don't have to stick with a standard cube AT style PSU, anything that give you the required juice should work. HD-Plex.com is a company specialized in fan-less, passive cooling boxes and as such they sell a very cute ITX enclosure the H1, and in it, you can potentially power with a smallish Nano-ATX PSU, as hd-plex call it, 80 and 160 watts. You get an idea of how small this PSU is by the power jack next to it.

Am not telling you to buy from hd-plex, but simply showing you what's possible if you want a smallish box, and have some budget leeway.
A 120W PSU would do the trick for that build. So power isn't really a factor.

Make your case decision first, because some mITX cases require SFX or TFX PSUs, which are smaller (and tend to be a little more expensive). Also, some really compact cases will come with external power bricks. If you want to go down that route you might want to consider an i3 6100t, which is just a lower-clocked 6100 with a lower 35W tdp.

I would chose the case that matches the aesthetic you're looking for. Is that a HTPC case that looks similar to a Sound System or Blu-ray player? Or a blockier case? Anyway... choose that and then match the PSU.
If you do end up with a case that supports a normal ATX PSU, then see if you can pick up one of the Seasonic OEM units. They start at 300-350W and (US pricing) $30.

thats the problem. I don't know any model of small form factor PSU. can you recommend me specific sff model for that? anyway, the local store does not sell i3 6100t. it is unpopular here. I know what you mean. it usually available in all in one PC. i3 6100t performs about the same only lower clockspeed right, anyway, can you recommend me a case? any case, the one that looks like htpc that I can put horizontally is fine

Don't start with the PSU. Start with the case.

What mITX cases do your local stores stock? I could recommend some, but they might not be available in your area.

you might want to help me with this list, this is where I'll do the shopping. http://enterkomputer.com/casing.php
I don't know which Case is mini ITX

Do a text search for ITX on that page you linked. That returned 40 hits for mITX cases for me. Those labelled just "ITX" will also be mini-ITX/mITX cases. Technically there are other ITX standards (Nano-ITX and Pico-ITX) but I've never seem them on a shipping product.

There doesn't actually seem to be any links to the products though... it just links to a google images search. Are all those cases actually available?
I can't see any HTPC cases there though. The Coolermaster Elite 110 is okay as a budget case, but it's much blockier that you're probably looking for. It, like most the other ones on that site from brands I actually recognised, are all quite a bit larger with space for a reasonably sized GPU.

The Fractal Design Node 605 is nice, and looks like a proper HTPC case, but it fits full sized ATX motherboards. It's actually lower in height than the CM Elite. But overall is much larger. Really if you're going for horizontal HTPC case, you'd want something like the Node 202, but that's not listed on the site you linked.

Go through the ITX cases there and see if any are to your liking. They're all more cube-shaped. But perhaps that's okay? Otherwise, can you source elsewhere?

OK. There is no such thing as micro ATX PSU. Let me try and explain...

Mini ITX is a motherboard standard. It dictates (among other things) the size of the board, the position of the mounting holes, and the position of the I/O shield (where all the USB ports and other connectivity goes), and the position of the single PCIe slot. That means case makers can design mini ITX "cases" which will take any mini ITX motherboard. It has no impact on how big the case is. In fact, mini ITX motherboards can all go in a full sized ATX case.

Again, there is no mini ITX PSU standard. Power supplies have a different standard.

Some mini ITX cases are large enough to support full sized ATX power supplies. Others require a smaller "SFX" power supply. Some ultra-compact cases actually come with a power brick similar to a laptop. There are actually a few other even smaller standards, but I'm not aware of any off-the-shelf cases that use them.

In the description of all mini-ITX cases should be the supported power supply. It'll be either a power brick (usually included with very thin cases), or SFX or ATX support.

So...
Choose your case.
Find out which power supply you need for that case and buy one.

So any non small form factor PSU might cut it? I know that mini ITX could fit in micro atx. but that would defeat the purpose. the reason to have ITX motherboard so I can have smaller desktop and I doubt if mini Pc like intel compute stick is worth it. I will have to find a monitor with micro USB
