Hello, ever since I built my Pc back in summer of 2016 The wirless speeds on this pc are really low. I have att Uverse, I get about 20-25 mbps on other Devices, I performed a speed test from the exact location where my pc is with my phone and I get about 15mbps, occationally the connection timesout aswell. The speeds i get vary from 1mbps to .53kbps to the point where it just discconects from the Network. Very frustrating as i want to play Cs and Im always timing out. Any information is helpful Thank you. The hardware on my pc:
-MSI 970 gaming motherboard
-amd fx6300
-12gb ram
-nettis wireless adapter PCIe
WF2113
-EVGA GTX960 4gb FTW edition
-500w psu EVGA
-Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Solution
It sounds like that wireless network card has speed issues and timing out from time to time from window 7 - windows 10.
What is your router name and model number, also what max speed does att allow you to have ?

I recommend that wireless usb networking card, stick it on the front of the case, make sure it has enough air space to get a signal from your router.

I forgot to Mention that I have tried with one other wireless adapter but, I feel like that might be the solution because the old adapter was loosein yhe usb port and this Pcie adapter is loose aswell. Might try another adapter

Usually it is I don't bother with pci or pci-e wireless nics, because they do tend to fail more quickly then usb wireless adapters or dongles.
However the one I linked I've had it for 3 years now, it does good on gaming.
As long as you don't do netflix or anything internet related that takes up data to upload or download and its not hot directly.
Usually you can get in a few good rounds online per day, just make sure it can connect to the router without a problem.
The wireless signal strength will tell you if your going to have a great time gaming or movie watching or screaming at your computer for the next half day.
