BSOD Windows 10 when intel turbo boost is enabled.

It only happens recently.It ran fine until these few days it keeps having bsod until when i disabled it then it didn't happen.All drivers updated and cpu drivers,bus controllers all updated.Idk why but without it,it lowered my performance.

My cpu is an i7 4790k custom water loop cooled.

Actually is not enabling turbo boost.It was switching the cpu speed in bios to "auto" and then everytime crashes.It works fine last time idk what happened suddenly.But when i use custom put 4.4ghz it ran fine but the cpu clock always stays at 4.38ghz on idle but when gaming at 80% load drops down to 2-3ghz.So i don't get it.Is my cpu dying or what?

The crash error is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
