Not able to boot from SamSung evo 850M.2 ssd

My device: DELL INSPIRON 15 7560
I installed an M.2 Samsung 850 EVO 250GB into my laptop. And used SamSung Data Migration to clone from hdd.
i do exactly same as this video -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjGS53m9wp0&t=3s
but when i restart my laptop
it doesn't boot from the m.2 ssd , it still boot from the hdd.
What's went wrong??Please help me boot from my SSD

You should set the M2-SSD as primary bootdevice in your Bios or at least in front of the HDD.
You can enter your bios by pressing F2 after powering on the device.

i selected boot sequence and now ssd seem the first one??
Is the boot list option matter??

Also, they did not do any boot setting from the video.
The men just run the samsung data migration and reboot.
It boot from the ssd automatically.
So whats going wrong??

Boot list option is correct as long as you have Windows 10. Try it now. If still no, try disconnecting the old HDD first.

And now the laptop is seem so slow
I figure my HDD is not normal??

Your disk is at 100%. Open that link that says resource monitor and find which processes are using the disk. It looks like you may have a failing hard drive, so back up any important data as soon as you can as a precaution.

thanks everyone.
I again watch the youtube video
in his HDD , he only got 3 partition , they are
EFI PARTITION (500MB), RECOVERY PARTITION (865MB)(mine 825MB)and PRIMARY PARTITION(the remaining space)
but i found out in my HDD , i got 2 more RECOVERY PARTITION (11.92GB and1.19GB)
what is that? why it is there? should i delete it? how?

No they are probably Dell's own partitions used to reset the laptop back to Dell's factory settings. Personally I dont like the way Dell take over laptops and always get rid of their imposing software and proprietary control, but that would be your own decision.

Fiinally i success by using another cloning software called MiniTool Partition Wizard Free Edition
The problem is samsung data Migration did not clone it correctly
