I have a Asus maximus VIII hero can any one tell me if the G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 is compatible with this motherboard

Even if the Ram is not included in the official list by ASUS (http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/MAXIMUS_VIII_HERO/4L-DRAM_QVL_table_0615.pdf) there should be no problems with compatibility.
