I have fx 6300 and im not gonna over clock it and im gonna buy gtx 1060 3gb card. I wanna know if it is a good choice? Coz im not gonna upgrade my CPU for a while but i want a future proof gpu

Solution
I would expect you to see a big improvement over that GPU, your CPU will hobble the GPU in some games/situations but either the 1060 or the RX 480 is still a solid choice for the low/mid range. There is a video comparing performance of even older CPU's with the 1060 and the 1060 with an i5 and in every case the 6-7 year old CPU was still able to put out over 30fps even if it was a 40% drop vs the i5.

What is your current GPU? The performance hit is very dependent on the game you're playing, something like Fallout or the Witcher 3 you will notice a bigger impact on performance. I run a i3-4160 with a 1060 and generally my FPS is very steady on high graphics settings. I would imagine on most games you'd be able to get close to 60fps @ 1080 with some tweaking.

I upgraded from a 960 to a 1060 and the difference was very noticeable (The Division for example was 20+ fps faster) so clearly my CPU had headroom in games to make use of the extra power.

I find that I sometimes have to dial back on CPU intensive settings to maintain a solid 60fps, while with something like Overwatch I can pretty much max the graphics settings and the performance is rock solid.

I have a gtx 1060 6gb and an fx 6200 overclocked at 4.4ghz. It is the gpu not cpu that reaches 100 percent usage when trying to run some games on ultra settings/very high settings. I have not seen the cpus reach 100 percent usage yet. So I doubt an fx 6300 overclocked to atleast 4.4ghz will give you any kind of bottleneck. I would check in game usage of your cpus, which overclock to 4.1ghz on factory settings. your biggest hurdle would be your 3gb gpu memory when trying to run max settings in a few games.
Theres really no reason not to have good air cooling and overclocking these amd cpus you can get much higher performance out of them that way. Check an fx 6300 overclocking guide.
