GTX 1060 or RX 480. What's worth?

Hi guys,

I'm planning to buy a new GPU. Here is my current set up

CPU - Intel Core i5 4570
MOBO - Gigabyte G1. Sniper B5
RAM - 16 GB (2X 8 GB 1333 Mhz)
PSU - Seasonic Strider Essential 500W
GPU - MSI GTX 660 Twin Frozr 2GB
Monitor - Samsung SA100 19 inch (1366 X 768)

I have the GTX 1060 6gb and RX 480 4gb in my mind. What is the best out of these two?

1060 6gb beats the 480 4gb in most games. If you can get them at the same price then the 1060 is better by quite a margin, even with the new AMD drivers. I personally think that the 8gb is slightly better for future proofing, but that it is probably not worth it - it is very rare when the card is very much limited by it VRAM.

I was referring to the 4gb version. Is there any significant performance difference btw 4gb and 8gb versions other than the memory?
