First of all im going to start with my pc specs:
CPU: Xeon X5460 3.16Ghz Not Oc'ed With Scythe Katana 3 Cooler
Mobo: Asrock G31-MS
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 9600GT 512Mb
RAM: 4GB DDR2 800mhz
PSU: AeroCool KCAS 600W
Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate

For the people who thinks how i did manage to fit 771 socket cpu to 775 mobo: I did the mod more info: HERE

When i play any type of game LoL, Cs:Go,Half life 1...any game i get fps to drop to 1 for like 1-5 seconds.
In Msi AfterBurner it shows where is the fps drop there is also a gpu usage drop.
How can i fix it it's really frustrating when playing a competetive games it fu*ks me up every time..
I also just bought a new PSU since i had a really crappy non branden one i thought that was the issue but now i dont have any clue.
This was tested with game called: Sven CO-OP which is half life 1 mod etc..And this game doesnt need any horse power to run at all.On higher end game like csgo or lol cpu usage drops to 1.
This is while playing league of legends ARAM
