How good are the fans that come with the Phanteks eclipse p400?

+1 to SR-71's comment. Phanteks have good quality fans with a 5yr warranty, fairly quiet with plenty of airflow. Most cases include low quality 'stock' fans that aren't big on performance and generally need replaced with something better. Not the case with phanteks, I'd consider them up there with other premium fans like noctua, aerocool ds, cougar, etc.

I got the Eclipse P400 Tempered Glass and it also came with 2 stock case fans. I would say they are really really silent even at full speed, however they don't provide much static pressure and the airflow is only okay imo.
My case had an 240mm AIO mounted to the front and drawing air into the case, 2 x 140mm fans on the top to exhaust hot air and the two stock case fans at the front bottom (the front can fit up to 3 x 120mm fans) and at the rear; I can't feel any air coming out from the rear fan when all the fans in my system are maxed out. Probably because the 140mm static pressure fans are drawing most of the air out and the weak stock Phanteks didn't have much power to it.
I changed them to Corsair ML120 and now it's much better.
