Hi!
I'm having trouble installing latest drivers. I used DDU to remove my old drivers, but when I'm trying to install new ones, it says that I don't have a compatible graphics card.
I also tried going to device manager, but my GTX 970 won't show up in there either.
Need help.

Edit. Also the GTX 970 disappeared from device manager only after having ran DDU in safe mode.

Esco, I did a new post, specifically for this issue, since my initial issue from the other post was already fixed.

Also, is there anything else I could try? Last time I took out the battery from my MoBo, it broke my MoBo so, I really don't feel comfortable doing that again.

Taking out battery should not break the motherboard as long as you dont scratch anything on the motherboard it might also be a bios issue so you should consider flashing new ones. Lastly could just be windows not working correctly could try reinstall.

There's no need to remove the battery. Your motherboard manual should have instructions on how to clear the motherboard's CMOS (a.k.a. clear RTC RAM).

Then check the mobo manual, there should be a jumper or button to reset the CMOS.

I know removing the battery isn't supposed to break it, but given my history doing so, I'm sure you can understand why I don't feel comfortable doing so. Also, I searched updates via windows update thingy, And it detected that my GPU needs some drivers, so I updated them. So now my GTX 970 is showing up on the device manager which is a good thing. But, Nvidia still says how the drivers are not compatible.

Edit. Oh and, since my last MoBo had warranty left, they switched it to a new one at the place where I had ordered the parts. However they switched it to a different one, and didnt give me a box with it.

So my last one was MSI MoBo, and this new one is from Gigabyte.
