I want to upgrade my Video Card to NVidia GeForce GTX 1080. Will it work on my pc ?

PC Spec:
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E33 (MS-7817)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs),~3.4GHz
PSU: Codegen 500x (Made in 2013/04) 500W
Ram: 2x DDR3 4gb in total 8 gb
Graphics: GeForce Gtx 650 Ti

Do i need to upgrade something more?

Solution
The CPU is fine.
The memory could use a boost to 16gb if you are really going to be driving that GPU to its max (see more below).
The power supply is insufficient and will need to be replaced with a quality unit.

What is your intended use of a GTX 1080? Are you gaming in 1440p 144Hz or in 4k?

Yes it should work with no Problem. But i Suggesr you buy a reference Model gtx 1080 or a gigabyte g1 Gaming becox of the low tdp as i think the recommended psu for 1080 was 550W.. but it shd work fine with your pc barely if you dont do any overclocking which.. i donr think you will be able to achive that much more speciallh on that chipset. and it would make a great build but if you cud swap the psu it wud be great
