Replace mobo+cpu or just mobo?

So I currently have the following mobo and CPU:

Mobo: MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard DDR3 1600 Intel H61/ DDR3/ A and GbE/ MicroATX LGA 1155 Motherboard H61M-E33 (W8)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155

Now I've been looking to upgrade my mobo the past year or so but I haven't really gotten to it. The past month, due to my carelessness, the PCIe slot (the only one I have) broke when I was transporting my PC since I did not take the time to remove my GPU and the slot was already loose prior, so now it does not lock in properly and I am forced to play with my tower on its side. Not only that, but because of its size, my GPU has been blocking half the sata ports forcing me to only use 2 of the 4 drives that I have (yes I have tried multiple varieties of angled sata cables). So now I'm really just looking to replace the mobo.

My only issue is that my CPU is a 1155 socket and after browsing around, I couldn't really find a matching mobo that isn't a microATX as I'm afraid getting one would bring me size/space issues once again in the future. Do they even manufacture 1155s anymore? I only see 1150s but I doubt those are interchangeable with each other.

Also here's the thing, I seriously don't mind upgrading my CPU to a i5 6500 as I have enough to purchase one well within the $200 range but there's nothing wrong with my current one, and I've also read it's not worth the upgrade, especially if it's just to a 6500 so I feel like it's a waste, but I do have the budget for it though and I certainly won't mind doing it. I am also not currently OCing my CPU as my mobo is not capable of doing so which is another reason why I want to replace it.

TL;DR - Want to replace LGA 1155 MOBO, can't find one for sale that I can immediately purchase. Willing to replace both CPU+MOBO if worth it.

Thanks!

Solution
Those boards are not manufactured any more so only NOS or used/refab would be available.
Might as well switch to something newer but most likely will have to get new RAM too.
