PC shuts down with no RS until I power on.

PC Specs:
MOBO - GA-990fxa-ud5
CPU - AMD FX8350 8core
GPU - Zotac Geforce GTX 760
PSU - Thermaltake TR2 600W
RAM - 2x Corsair Dominator 4gb
HDD - 1x 250GB Seagate Barracuda 1x 160GB Seagate Barracuda

This happens only when I am playing games. These games range from CSGO to League of Legends and even Call of Duty 1.1. While browsing the web my PC is perfectly fine. I have tried swapping out my PSU and even my GPU, but this hasn't solved the problem. I have checked the event log and no codes have led me to a possible cause. I also have tried the WhoCrashed program and it doesn't register anything after my PC shuts down. I have done a manual crash and it shows that. Any suggestions?

I used CPUID HWMonitor for the readouts. The 1st two are with just tomshardware open. The 2nd two are with CSGO currently in a game.

I decided to check WhoCrashed and I actually got some crashes to dump. This is what I got on the readout, all are a VIDEO_TDR_ERROR. I haven't looked into this yet.

Random Note: I know the dates are off, my PC has never kept the correct date. I have tried several things and I do have a new CMOS Battery on the way.
