So actually me and my brother plays online games,one day my ping gets higher but his remains same also my download speed is very low but he's getting maximum speed,i searched and did everything but nothing happens.Any help would be appreciable.Thanks

Sounds like someone has throttled your speed on the QOS (quality of service) or Bandwidth profile settings within your Router..
Maybe your brother doesn't like you sucking up all the BW? hehe
