For the last week I have been trying extensively to clean install windows on either my ssd that I recently purchased or my older hard drive. No matter what I try I always get an error during the installation process. I have tried wiping my hard drive and trying to install and it didn't work. I've tried re downloading windows and tried installing with a usb and a cd. I have even tried partitioning and formatting the drive which seemed to solve most peoples error, but it didn't work for me. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

So I have been getting 2 different errors during the installation of windows. When windows is getting files ready for installation I get the "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x8007025D".

The other error I have been getting is either during the stage where windows is getting files ready for installation or during the installation phase. "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570." I have booted from the cd drive/usb and one of the solutions for this problem has to remove one of the sticks of ram and I have tried the installation trying that but it hasn't worked.

I used the media creation tool for microsoft and made a bootable usb with the rufus program and also burned the files to a cd and used that as well.

The way I see it, there are several possible causes:

1) The ISO you downloaded is corrupt. Redownload the ISO.
2) Your installation media is corrupt. Use a different USB stick or CD media.
3) Your HDD has bad sectors. If that's the case, you will have to replace your HDD.
4) Your USB controller and/or SATA controller on motherboard is malfunctioning. I hope that's not the case, because you would have to replace entire mobo if it were.
