First off, i dont know in which category i should ask this, but it seems like something related to the motherboard.

Problem: If i launch a game thats on my external HDD, my headset disconnects and isnt appearing under devices for a few seconds.
Sometimes when i have to load something, the HDD disconnects.
Also if i take my Xbox gamepad and plug it in/out, my headset disconnects.
Mouse and Keyboard never get disconnected (Those are in the USB 2.0 ports (might be a hint?))
This started after i plugged in my new headset, and got significantly worse after i switched my PS/2 keyboard for a USB keyboard. (Before that only the headset would disconnect, now the HDD does too. )

I already think what happens, but i have no idea if this is right, but: Maybe my Windows shuts down the "Idle" USB 3.0 ports. F.e.: My external HDD tries to load something, now uses the whole bandwith, headset gets disconnected.

What i´ve already tried: Power options for USB.

I also already have thought about switching my system drive for the external, so it uses the SATA ports.

It would be very nice if someone knows a solution to this, and i wish you a merry christmas :D
