My Graphics Card turns off after 15 seconds When monitor turns on

When I built my pc I noticed my graphics card wasn't working. everything else was Working but not the graphics card. It turns off right when my keyboard and monitor turns on. I turned off my computer and it turned on normally, with fans running and everything and then the graphics card turned off!! What do I do??

well it looks like your PSU its not competent enough to handdle the 460... You should actually Change your PSU for a bigger one... a 750W from thermaltake or EVGA could be a solid choise... You can also purchase a mid tier PSU like sentey 850w Bronze + Wich is cheap for the wattage it has but its not a luxury PSU...
Note that your 460 has a 114W power consumption when turning on your computer...

i have seen several cases like this.90% chance is that psu is ok.try hit and trial method.if the card is in warranty and service center is not so far just go there,you will be able to atleast sort out which hardware components are not faulty.also if you can borrow components from your friend..use that friendship to again clear the hardware on suspects

some tips...change pcie slots for gpu and see what happens.i know...you will say that ...there is no space to accomodate..and all,but try it if you want solution. put hdd outside the case to make room
