Overclock or turbo

Hi all I wanted to ask is would it be a noticeable difference between a i7 6700k 4.ghz or just go with a i7 6700 3.4ghz that turbos up to 4ghz?
There is a diff in price and I'm just wondering if it is actually worth the overclock or turbo will be fine. Thanks in advance

It depends what you want to achieve, and what you'll be using it for, but the non K 6700 can handle pretty much any task with ease and is plenty to run any GPU on the market today.

The 6700 non-K won't hit 4ghz on all 4 cores, it'll only go up to maybe 3.8 on 4 cores. The difference in performance at stock will only be something like 5% though.

i7 6700k 4.ghz gtx 1070 Or
I7 6700 3.4 turbo >4ghz gtx 1080
