I'm thinking of buying Nvidia GTX 1050 TI 4gb OC. But don't know my PC can handle it or not

It will work. Your CPU will probably bottleneck it at high settings, but your board supports PCIE 2.0 x16 cards. You dont have a good enough power supply though.

It will work, but it will be slowed down to PCIe 2.0. It also depends on the case. I usually don't recommend using pre-builts.

Yes it will work with those pieces properly, might be bottlenecked by your CPU if you play high CPU-Intensive games tho.

Although i highly recommend you to change your PSU to something 80+ bronze with at least 400W to ensure that it's powered up properly.

PCIE 2.0 x16 is enough for a 1080 to run at full speed, never mind a 1050. That wont be the problem. A cheapy 240w PSU will.
