Computer keeps rebooting after new parts

I Just bought new parts for my computer and I Just put Them in. Now when I try to boot it turns on for a sec and turns off again, it Just keeps rebooting...
I have an Intel i7 6700K
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Gigabyte B150-HD3P
And 2x 8GB of corsair ram
If you need more information let me know

What parts did you replace?

This probably won't work but just as a quick test unplug your power supply lead from the back and hold the power button in for 10 seconds which should completely discharge the motherboard then see if it works after that.

Make sure that the RAMs are properly inserted in the slots. Test with single RAM each slot.

Its a new computer. There are no old parts in IT except my harddrive.. I'll test the ram

I dont know how to reply to people so I Just hope you'll Read this haha. Tested with Only 1 ram stick in the first slot and I didnt work. Also read online that you Can reset your bios but that also doenst work. :/
