You can't "clean" pixels off the screen - they are part of how screens and displays are built- - LOL.

It may be whatever fluid you're using to clean it with. It needs to be proper screen cleaning fluid like the stuff that's made to safely clean laptop & TV screens with.

There are good screen cleaners which do a really good job of it, and poor ones that leave streaks.
So try using a different brand of cleaner.
Don't overdo it when applying it either, 'cos if it seeps in behind the screen you're doomed.
With small screen of a phone it's best to apply it to the cloth then wipe the screen with that cloth.
That's safer than spraying it directly on the screen.
I have nothing to further to add to what I've already said.

"i just tried lcd cleaner it made it worse i see it in games now would that mean i have a screen protecter on?"
Very possibly, I never thought of that.
You'll need to peel it off, then clean the screen.
Don't put the old protector on afterwards though, you'll need to buy a new one if you're determined to have one on the screen, though personally I hate them. Much better to keep your phone in a protective case in my opinion.
