Will my PSU handle my new GPU?

I just ordered a AMD FX-8350 w/ Wraith Cooler. My current set up will be:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 Core BE 4.0 Ghz w/Wraith Cooler
GPU: EVGA GTX 960 2GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 PSU: Rocketfish 500W
Memory DDR3: 7GB

Will the PSU be enough to handle the new CPU?

I picked it up at a Best Buy 3-4 years ago for my first PC build. Its been running strong since with a Phenom II X4 965 BE. You're not the first to be unfamiliar with the brand. I thought I was picking up a 600W, but when I got home it said 600W in large print and in fine print beneath it said "Peak and 500W continuous" or something like that.
