Hi, I just bought a samsung 850 evo 250gb and I wish to install windos 10 as uefi. Can someone guide me how. I am confused whether I have to set it up in the bios or just do the gpt partition stuff.

I see an option Storage boot option comtrol in my bios and it is set to legacy only. Can anyone guide me how to install the windows as full uefi? Thanks!

What motherboard do you have? That is the determining factor, if you don't have a UEFI bios, then win 10 won't offer GPT

If the boot method is set to legacy, it also won't offer GPT

But generally, if you have a UEFI bios not set to legacy boot then Win 10 will create the GPT partitions it needs when you run the installer, you don't have to do anything to disc before hand.
