Can a 400W PSU run a GTX 1050?

The 1050 lacks a supplemental power connector so it's limited to using 75w(or less). Nvidia's 300w reccomendation is for the whole system.

It may run it depending on the rest of the systems power requirements. A good quality 400w unit would be enough for most configurations with a 1050, however the unit is not good quality and going by reviews on other similar Powerman built units stressing it is not a good idea.

It would probably run it but at max load you'd be at around 200w and I personally wouldn't trust that PSU to run that for very long.
