GT 730 2GB DDR3 128BIT vs GT 730 1GB DDR5 64BIT

Solution
The 64 bit is better since it's kepler vs fermi but if this is for gaming, they're both far too weak. Anything they're useful for isn't going to care about performance.

Thank you! Yes, it's actually for gaming, but not high-end. It's only for Dota 2, CSGO, LOL. :) Thank you again! :)

The DDR5 version is what you want. The main impact 64bit has is it is very sensitive to resolution. Consider 1280x1024 or 1280x720, depending on your aspect ratio, to be the very upper end of what you can use. Better yet, keep the resolution lower if possible. Those games should be playable on that.

It can't be directly compared 128 bit vs 64 bit because the different architectures have different vram algorithms so use different amounts of bandwidth. Gddr5 also makes up for the difference so it has a higher bandwidth and handles higher res better. But all in all, the 64 bit version is better no matter what, even if it were ddr3. Yes it could affect the ability to handle higher res but gpu takes precedent and the kepler gpu will beat the fermi gpu. Those games will be fine at 1080p and bus width along with the spec sheet can be ignored when the only thing that matters is the end result.
