Changing CPU without changing my Motherboard

My PC is Asus-K5130 and currently I have:

Motherboard: ASUS P8H61-M/K5130/DP_MB , LGA1155/Socket H2,
CPU: Intel Core i3-3240T 2.9GHz with 2 cores and 4 threads
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti Asus Expedition 4GB
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Only know it has 350W

I want to change my CPU and wanted to know which one can match my Motherboard socket, as long as the new CPU is far more superior than the one I have and that can play decently recent games and if my MoBo can support the new CPU.

Supported Processor

The 2nd generation Intel Core i3/Pentium Dual-Core Processor
The 3rd generation Intel Core i3/Pentium Dual-Core Processor

This means i5 and i7 are not supported. While the Asus-K5130 may be similar to a retail boxed motherboard, it is not the same as a retail boxed motherboard and has a different BIOS.

The i3-3250 may be a possible upgrade.

I have the K5130. I bought it completely stock and it came with an i5-3330s @ 2.7GHz.
