My win 8 desktop pc says "no connections are available", but my pc is working just fine.

on looking at my networks ,my pc shows "no connections are available", but everything is working just fine.How can I fix this..

rt click the icon and select Hide this Notification.
it sounds like its the notification for the network you aren't using; either wifi or lan.
