Need some help with a cheep lol build

Looking to build a lol build for a friend, this will be used for Internet and lol only.....

I have some old part's I can use if they will work well. Looking for a 1080p build smooth no lag do to parts.

Parts I have
P45 ud3p
I5 750 ( maybe needs update? )
Ddr3 1333 8 gb
CX 450w corsair
Case

Sorry forgot a budget, cheep as possible...... no more then 300

Well it seems like that motherboard is not made for the DDR 3 Ram stick you have. Also the i5 is probably not going to cut it since LoL requires a 3Ghz process. The following list is built around playing LoL not many other, newer games. Here are my recommendations, which you can use your PSU, RAM, and your case:

I can get a i7 870 for 41 bucks on ebay or maybe even just get a 212 evo and OC the i5 750

then I guess I need windows maybe try one of thos 20 bucks deals not sure if thos are on the up front or its a scam
