hi everybody im not an experienced computer user(u could say im a noob) so i dont really know what to do with my computer.I know i cant afford a new gaming system for at least years so i really want to upgrade my current one.Its for gaming purposes and i would like to be able to run games such OverWatch and Street Fighter V on medium settings at the minimum.

since i dont know what to put in in order for you guys to help me so im gonna say what i know.i bought my computer straight from dell its a Dell Vostro 3900MT (core i3-4150 3.5 GHZ/2GB RAM/500GB/ DVD Rom/DOS/1Y) i literally dont know what that means after 2GB Ram,what i just wrote is what was in the receit.

i hope thats enough any help would be very much apreciated thanks :)
(i was thinking about buying a GTX 950 and a 8GB RAM card, thats just my opinion if u have other suggestions please feel free to comment since i dont know anything about a computer lel :v )

You have a dual core CPU with hyperthreading, this is good for the games you want to play. You have 2gb system ram, this is not good. 4gb is the minimum you should have for gaming, 8gb would be nice. 500gb is the hard drive, for storage, it should be enough. I think you have the right idea about the kind of graphics card you need. I'd say an AMD 460 2gb, an Nvidia GTX 1050 2gb, or GTX 950 would all work fine for you. I think although a GTX 750 Ti would also work, it might not be cheap enough to justify buying one instead of a faster card. Look for cards that do not require a 6 pin connector, certain 950 models might need one.
