What PSU wattage do my components need?

Hi i was wondering what PSU wattage i would need for a intel 17 6700k, gtx 970, 1 ssd, 1 hdd, z170-a mobo, 16gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram and a Corsair Hydro H105 CPU Cooler.
 
Solution
a solid 500w or more psu would be ample for the system. for higher overclocking i'd suggest at least 550w in a quality unit. if you need help deciding what is quality and what is junk this list helps a lot. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html look for something in the top 3 tiers. below that is not really worth owning.

for specific help, just give us a budget and where your buying from and we can see what's out there. lot's of juicy holiday sales right now.
