I had this game on my 1st steam acc and it ran with really constant 30 fps on my old PC: FX4100, GT440, 8GB Ram.
Now I've switched to a GTX750TI, cleaned the cpu and put new paste on it and it runs so sluggish.... I've set everything to low and still it lags all the time, 20 fps max. Other games however run much better than with my old gpu... any advice?

Solution
well, the game itself could be trying to run based on the old card and doing it wrong, is there a tool to autodetect the card on that game?

perhaps wiping the configs? i don't have the game at hand to tell you what folders or tools you can use to force a autodetection or force it to create a new config file of the video settings

doing a small check on other forums i found references to disable physx and wiping some folders, please take a look

Updated drivers. it's all on low, 1080p. I was just starting to get to claptrap after I catapulted him somewhere into Flynt's hideout, I have like 10 fps everywhere there

be sure you seated properly the video card into the pci express slot

perhaps a complette removal of the drivers could help and then download latest drivers again

that card with a similar cpu gives 40 fps with witcher 3 at 1080p on high settings

it's seated correctly, I just checked that. I have nice fps in other games, BL2 is the only one causing trouble. Wehen I swapped thee gpu's I wiped them completely first and then re-installed the correct ones again...
