You had a lot of unnecessary things in there. You did not need a Z97 motherboartd since you are not overclocking. You also did not need a cooler with thermal paste since the stock cooler is fine. Your GPU you picked was WAAAY out of date, so used that savings to get you a new GPU. That case was a bit too much. I took a step down and went with the S340. The only reason it's $25 more is because of the GPU. It will allow you to play almost ANY game out right with high quality in 1080p. Of course you can make changes if you wish.

If you have those items already, then the motherboard, RAM, hard drive and case will be just fine then. However, in the future, I really do suggest you upgrade your GPU. You will bottleneck your CPU by holding it back.
