Hi guys Can i break my HDD with an "ESD" If i touch it while it is operating even if i touch on the iron protection to check the temps?

Solution
Touching the metal part of a hard drive is no different than touching the case. They are all metal and fairly well mated together with the screws. Assuming your wall plug is grounded, you should have no issues.

If you are concerned, touch the metal case first ...

my cord have 3 prongs but the plug only have 2 (i use a plug adapter to make them work) it means that touching the case or the metal part of the disk can occur an "ESD"?

It means your case isn't independently grounded. That isn't as good as if it was. If you are in the US, where the wall voltage is 120VAC, then the neutral wire provides some protection. If you are in a country with 240VAC power, then you don't have a neutral. If you have no neutral, then touching a water pipe is the next best thing to get any static discharged. It is DIFFICULT to hurt a PC with static discharge. Not impossible but difficult.
