4 beeps no starup

Hello Guys!
I built my system a few years ago (16 months or so) and a few weeks ago i decided to upgrade my watercooling loop.
After installing all the new wc-hardware i started the pc and got 4 short beep's. I had that Issue a few times before and after I reset the bios it normally works. This time it doesn't. I believe its the ram: Dual channel doesn't work at all, 1 stick works in every position (both stick's are ok) but A1+B1 or A1+B2 or B1 and A2 don't work. Only A2+B2 work but I don't wanna let my Ram run in single channel mode. I read a lot about this but I definitely don't want to buy myself a new mobo....(Only 12M warranty on asrock's products...)
Do you got a suggestion what I could do?
Specs:
Asrock Z97X Fatal1ty Killer
I7 4790K (oc on 4.7)
G-Skill TridentX 16GB Kit 2133 Cl9 (2x8gb)
Gtx 970
samsung 850 evo 250GB Ssd
Corsair VS 650 Psu

You're welcome.

According to other sources, 4 beeps on a asrock motherboard is a 'system timer failure', which is apparently not repairable.

Well that's good to know. Any Ideas how a problem like arises? And does that happen a lot with asrock boards? I'm looking forward to buying a new one and asrock seems to make the best 1150 boards on the market (?!) and I don't want to run into the same problem again.
